I'm a licensed clinical social worker servicing folks throughout the New York and New Jersey states. With 8 years of social work experience, I've developed and refined my approach to helping those in need of navigating life's most anxiety-producing moments or periods.
My therapy approach uses two core components, both assist you to: 1) make insights and enhance understanding of yourself and your challenges (the "whats" and the "whys"), and 2) identify the choices before you and collaborate on an action plan that fosters lasting change; together, we find clarity and forge those pathways.
I want folks to know that change is possible, even when we may be feeling stuck or helpless. I want to guide folks toward eliciting the power that is already inside of us all and use it to create a sustainable life with joy and freedom.

I'll help you to explore these conflicts and deconstruct situations that keep coming up or are hard to navigate. I'll help you explore communication patterns, learn inter- and intrapersonal skills, or build assertiveness to navigate conflict with more ease.
