Therapy Portal

Our HIPAA-secure telehealth video sessions are held over the TherapyNotes platform.  You may access video session links, documents to complete, and ways to make payments through the therapy portal link below.

For new clients, once we have agreed being a good fit to work together, you will receive an email entitled "Client Portal Invitation," within which you will be able to create your account to access the above features.

For existing clients, you may use the following link to access the login page to the portal:

What to Expect with Getting Started

Starting therapy can be a daunting process, one of my goals is to simplify that and allow you to set expectations. It starts with finding the provider that's right for you and identifying if what you are looking for aligns with what a therapist can offer. It doesn't always have to be a perfect match, but there are benefits to connecting on style, approach, and desired specialties.

The next step is connecting and communicating with providers. There are several channels to reach out to me via email or phone, the contact me form, or my Psychology Today or Headway profiles. Do what feels the most comfortable to you and we'll begin a dialogue that usually includes some info about you (name, contact info) and what you're looking to address or the problems you're seeking help with. Then we will likely discuss if the payment options I offer fit your financial needs. These parts of communication can occur over HIPAA-secured email or a 15-minute phone consultation.

If you and I agree that we are a good fit to work together, we will move forward with discussing appointment scheduling and setting up an account through the portal to access telehealth video sessions, documents, and make payments. Then we will communicate on next steps from there!
